Located in the heart of the Aventine this home is in one the most peaceful areas within Rome’s city walls. This private unhosted two-bedroom apartment is only one block from the Circus Maximus. The Circus Maximus was once Rome’s largest stadium, today it is a long grassy esplanade which is perfect for a morning walk. Just outside the home is the Metro stop, which
will take you to the rest of Rome’s sights within minutes.
The lovely apartment is set on the fourth floor (with an elevator) of a modern building. Inside you will find a room with a double bed and the other room with two twin beds. Two more single fold-out beds can be added in the living room if you need the extra sleeping accommodation. The rooms are well furnished and have hardwood floors. The kitchen is furnished with a washing machine, microwave, crockery and utensils. There is a full stand-up shower in the bathroom. The lounge area is equipped with a TV and is decorated in a contemporary style. The home is very airy, bright and comfortable. Perfect for the traveler who is looking for a quiet, peaceful trip to Italy’s capital city.
From the home you have a view of Palatine Hill, which is the site of many ancient Roman gardens. This is the most peaceful and relaxing of the city’s ancient sites. Trastevere is a quick 15-minute walk across the river, where you can still feel what Rome was like centuries ago. There is a metro stop just outside the home which takes you to the Spanish Steps just 6 stops
away, and the Vatican or San Pietro is only 9 stops away.
